Remote camera sync check

Cameras on different networks reach your gallery late by different amounts. Put this timecode in front of every remote camera, read it in your multiview, and find out how much delay to add to each input.

Open this page on a phone or tablet at every camera position, set the same frame rate everywhere, and hold the screen in front of the lens for a few seconds.

Before you rely on it

The slate reads the time from each device and corrects it against nosiun.io, so every screen shows the same timecode within the accuracy written under it. On a busy mobile network that margin grows: check that the figure is small before you trust a reading.

The delay you measure is true for that moment only. Mobile and public networks change during a show, so a camera that was aligned at the rehearsal can drift by the time you go on air. Measure again just before transmission, and after any change of network.

Doing this for the whole show

We built this tool because we spent too many rehearsals reading timecodes off a frozen multiview. nosiun does the same job continuously: every remote camera lands on one event timeline before it reaches the gallery, with the encoders you already use and no calibration on location. If you would rather direct the show than chase delays, ask for a place in the private preview.
