Who is responsible

The controller is ARTIDE INNOVA SRL, Via Rosina Sessa 16, 84128 Salerno (SA), Italy, VAT number and tax code 06198200658. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@nosiun.io.

What we collect

When you send the private preview form we receive your name, organisation, work email, the kind of production you run, what you are asking for (a demo, a pilot or updates) and your optional message. We also record the date of the request, a request reference, your acknowledgement of this notice and, if you ask for updates, the date you confirm them.

To deliver the website and to limit abusive submissions, the server processes your IP address. It is held in memory for at most one minute and is not stored with your request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information in the message.

Why, and on what legal basis

Answering your request. We read your request, reply, and assess a demo or a pilot. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to anything.

Sending nosiun updates. Only if you tick the optional box and then confirm by email, we send updates on the private preview and early access. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@nosiun.io; this does not affect earlier processing. A demo or a pilot never requires updates.

Where your data goes

Authorised people at Artide Innova srl working on nosiun read the requests. Each request is stored on our server in Frankfurt (Amazon Web Services, EU region), copied into a private Google spreadsheet, and sent as an internal email notification. Confirmation emails are sent through Amazon Simple Email Service.

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer relies on the safeguards in Google’s data processing terms. Your data is never published or shared with other visitors.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a further relationship are kept for 12 months after the conversation ends. Update subscriptions are kept for 24 months from subscription, or until you withdraw. If a different relationship begins, we explain its purposes and retention separately.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to its processing. Write to hello@nosiun.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or trackers. Fonts and images are served from this website.

Automated decisions

No automated decision is taken about you. People assess every request. Automatic anti-spam checks may refuse an unusual submission; if that happens, write to us by email.
